I'm Miracle Rushing, Founder and Principal of Cormira Consulting. My career is built on a simple belief: when customer service goes over the top and execution never lets up, results follow.
I started in automotive sales, then moved into telecommunications — joining AT&T with no prior industry experience. In sales, I consistently exceeded my goals by a wide margin, and I rose through the ranks remarkably fast.
For the past three years at Rooms To Go, I've helped new hires get up to speed, and I've been woven into the team's AI learning — working with the AI systems we use every day.
My philosophy is straightforward: find the right solution for the customer, deliver service that exceeds every expectation, and the high tickets follow.
